Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to VoteWar ("the App"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (collectively, "Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your username. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

2. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

You agree NOT to post, share, or promote content that is:

• Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
• Hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence against any person or group
• Harassing, bullying, threatening, or intimidating
• Exploitative of children in any way (see our Child Safety Standards)
• Fraudulent, misleading, or promotes illegal activities
• Spam, commercial advertisements, or unsolicited promotions
• In violation of any applicable laws or regulations

3. Content Moderation & Filtering

VoteWar employs the following safety measures to protect our community:

• Automated Content Filtering: All user-generated content (debates, options, comments) is screened through an automated profanity and objectionable content filter before publication. Content that triggers the filter will be rejected.
• User Reporting: All users can flag debates and comments that they find objectionable using the Report button. Reported content is prioritized for manual review.
• User Blocking: Users can block other users to immediately remove their content from the blocking user's feed.
• Manual Review: Our moderation team reviews all reported content within 24 hours. Content that violates these Terms will be removed and the offending user's account will be suspended or permanently terminated.
• Developer Response: The developer will act on objectionable content reports within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use VoteWar to:

• Post or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Exploit or harm children in any way
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any content filtering or moderation systems
• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusive behavior

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post on VoteWar. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms of Service. Specifically, accounts will be terminated for:

• Posting objectionable or abusive content
• Repeated violations of community guidelines
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to circumvent content moderation

7. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, personal data, and associated information from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VoteWar is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
